Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect to own the technical vision across our product portfolio — from discovery with stakeholders to production architecture that engineering teams actually enjoy building on. What you will own • Translate business goals into pragmatic, well-documented target architectures and migration paths. • Design distributed systems on AWS: service boundaries, data flows, integration contracts, and failure modes. • Set and defend non-functional budgets — latency, availability, cost per transaction, and security posture. • Run architecture reviews and decision records (ADRs); mentor senior engineers toward sound trade-offs. • Partner with product and delivery leads to size initiatives, de-risk roadmaps, and sequence rollouts. • Own the reference stack: TypeScript/Node.js services, PostgreSQL, event-driven integration, CI/CD from commit to production. What success looks like in the first year • A published target architecture with a funded, in-motion migration plan. • Review cycles that engineering teams seek out rather than route around. • Two major integrations shipped on the contracts you designed — without a production incident traced to design. How we work Hybrid out of Jakarta (2–3 days on-site), English-first documentation, async-friendly. You will present directly to C-level stakeholders and pair directly with engineers — the role spans both altitudes by design.
