Own the technical vision across our product portfolio — from discovery with stakeholders to production architecture that engineering teams actually enjoy building on. You are the person who turns ambiguous business goals into systems that survive contact with real traffic and real deadlines.

• Target architectures and pragmatic migration paths, documented and defended in front of both engineers and executives. • Distributed system design on AWS: service boundaries, data flows, integration contracts, and failure modes. • Non-functional budgets — latency, availability, cost per transaction, and security posture — set explicitly and tracked. • Architecture reviews and decision records (ADRs); mentoring senior engineers toward sound trade-offs. • The reference stack: TypeScript/Node.js services, PostgreSQL, event-driven integration, CI/CD from commit to production.

• A published target architecture with a funded, in-motion migration plan. • Review cycles that engineering teams seek out rather than route around. • Two major integrations shipped on contracts you designed — without a production incident traced back to design. • Cost-per-transaction visible on a dashboard and trending down.

• 7+ years building production systems, with at least 2 years owning architecture across multiple teams. • Deep, hands-on AWS experience — you have designed for and been paged by real workloads. • Fluent in TypeScript/Node.js and PostgreSQL; you still read and occasionally write the code you govern. • Track record of decision records and design docs that people actually reference. • Clear written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to C-level and pairing with engineers in the same week.

Hybrid out of Jakarta (2–3 days on-site), English-first documentation, async-friendly. The role spans both altitudes by design: strategy in the morning, whiteboard and code review in the afternoon.
