About the role

Own the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You take a vague "we need the system to do X", turn it into requirements engineers can build from, and stay with the feature until what ships matches what was agreed.

What you will own

• Requirements elicitation and documentation: workshops, interviews, and written specs with explicit acceptance criteria. • Current-state and future-state business process maps that expose the gaps worth closing. • Data analysis with SQL to validate assumptions before anyone writes code. • Traceability from requirement → design → test — so scope changes are visible decisions, not surprises. • Stakeholder alignment: business owners, engineers, and QA reading from the same page.

Expected outcomes in your first year

• Requirement documents that engineering starts building from without a clarification round-trip. • A measurable drop in rework caused by missed or ambiguous requirements. • Process maps for the two most critical business flows, with at least one bottleneck removed on your recommendation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a business/solution analyst on software delivery projects. • Strong requirements elicitation and documentation practice — user stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional needs. • Working SQL for data analysis; comfortable joining tables to answer your own questions. • Confident stakeholder management in English and Indonesian.
Nice to have: UML / BPMN, API and integration design literacy, Agile/Scrum delivery, data visualization.

How we work

Hybrid out of Jakarta (2–3 days on-site). You will pair closely with the Solution Architect and delivery teams — analysis here feeds real build decisions, not shelfware.
