About the role

Bring structure and visibility to delivery across our project portfolio. You run governance that helps teams ship — not paperwork that slows them down. Leadership should be able to answer "where are we, what's at risk, what does it cost" from your reporting alone.

What you will own

• Project governance and delivery frameworks: stage gates, RACI, escalation paths that fit each initiative's size. • The single portfolio view: milestones, dependencies, budget burn, and status reporting leadership actually reads. • Risk and issue management — surfaced early, owned explicitly, tracked to closure. • Steering-committee cadence: agendas, decisions logged, actions followed through. • Delivery health metrics: schedule variance, scope movement, and forecast confidence per project.

Expected outcomes in your first year

• A portfolio dashboard trusted as the source of truth by both delivery teams and leadership. • Slipping projects flagged weeks earlier, with documented recovery plans — no more surprise red statuses. • Governance overhead per project measurably down while audit-readiness goes up.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in PMO, delivery management, or program coordination across multiple concurrent projects. • Fluency with project governance frameworks and portfolio/status reporting for executive audiences. • Hands-on risk and issue tracking — you have run the log, not just read it. • Strong stakeholder communication in English and Indonesian.
Nice to have: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, Jira / MS Project administration, budget and financial tracking, agile-at-scale experience.

How we work

Hybrid out of Jakarta (2–3 days on-site). You will sit close to both engineering leads and business sponsors — the role is the connective tissue between them.
