About the role

Build features end-to-end across our Next.js + PostgreSQL stack, working AI-first. You are fluent in vibecoding — driving AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0) to ship faster while staying fully accountable for what lands in production. The tools accelerate you; the judgment is yours.

What you will own

• Features from database schema to UI polish: TypeScript, React/Next.js App Router, SQL/Postgres. • An AI-first workflow: prompt, review, refactor — with the discipline to catch what generated code gets wrong. • Code review for both human- and AI-written changes; tests that hold the line. • Production ownership: you ship it, you watch it, you fix it.

Expected outcomes in your first year

• Meaningful features shipped every sprint, with lead time that shows the AI-first workflow paying off. • Zero production incidents caused by unreviewed AI-generated code. • At least one measurable product improvement you proposed yourself, backed by data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production web applications with TypeScript and React/Next.js. • Solid SQL and relational data modeling; you can debug a slow query without an ORM holding your hand. • Demonstrated vibecoding practice: real features shipped with AI coding tools, and clear opinions about where they fail. • You write clearly — PRs, ADR-lite notes, async updates.
Nice to have: Drizzle ORM, Vercel deployment experience, prompt engineering / AI SDK work, design sense.

How we work

Hybrid out of Jakarta (2–3 days on-site), async-friendly, English-first documentation. Small team, high trust, no theater.
